Video installation projected at the Daniel & Fisher Tower in Denver as part of the Night Lights Denver Festival.

Taking us on an evolutionary voyage, this film offers a rapid, exploration of centuries of biological studies, generously provided by the Biodiversity Heritage Library (BHL). Each frame displays meticulously arranged illustrations (many of the species have either vanished or now face the looming threat of extinction), where the sizing and shape of each image dictate the film's chronology. The seamless flow of these rapidly transitioning images creates the optical illusion of actual motion.
